Business Analyst Assistant/ Officer – Assistant Manager

Nature: BA + UAT (Core bank & lending system)

• Ensure effective execution and smooth migration of different system
• Work with relevant parties to identify business needs. Assist driving process changes and implementation of process re-engineering across Product, IT, Risk and Compliance operations.
• Prepare project proposal, assist on User Requirement, review function design specification, UAT plan, compile user manual and arrange user training.
• Develop, implement and enhance new & existing Direct Channels projects such as Cardlink, LOS, CSS, SIEBEL, BOSS, VRU, etc.
• Prepare and perform the User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the system development as defined in the User Requirement & Functional Specification and process on schedules.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in banking industry with sales management report experience
• Solid experience in UAT in banking/financial environment is preferred
• Competent computer skills, especially excel and data entry;
• Be responsible, communicate well with people at all levels;
• Welcome bank officer who has IT project & UAT experience/ UAT tester/ Project assistant/ Assistant BA/ Project Executive/ Associate Consultant to apply
