Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and helpdesk service to end-user
- Responsible for supporting Desktop hardware and software
- Handle troubleshooting, network & server support
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
- 1 year of experience in helpdesk
- Practical knowledge in computer hardware (eg. IP printer, scanner, router etc.) & Networking (eg. LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Best if you have Office 365 administration experience
- Best if you are holder of MCSE /CCNA
Salary negotiable (HK$20-25K) depending on qualifications & experience.
