Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager [IT / Logistic]

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle project management
• Manage project team, timeline, cost and deliverables
• Gather and analyze user requirement, convert user requirement to specification
• Collaborate with team member as part of resources
• Participate vendor selection and negotiation, manage vendor deliverable and quality
• Work closely with first line application support team
• Troubleshooting and coordinate system maintenance across teams
• Participate in system architecture and UX design

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 5 years experiences in IT project
• Experience in full cycle project management
• SQL skill to handle data verification or reporting
• Hands on programming experience will be an advantage
• IT vendor management experience
• Good communication skill, a good team player and self-driven
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, incl. Putonghua
