General Banking Officer

Responsibilities:

• Cross-sell general banking products and make referrals whenever opportunities arise (including credit card products)
• Provide quality and professional banking service
• Responsible for new customers acquired in the branch

Requirements:

• HKCEE /HKALE/ HKDSE holders with at 1-year selling/banking experience
• Welcome Teller/Personal banking Manger/General Banking Officer/Telesales to apply
• Welcome non-bank candidates to join
• Proactive and willing to achieve the assigned sale target
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
