Teller Trainee

• Perform general teller duties over the counter such as receiving and paying cash/check and handling remittance
• Handle customer enquiries and complaint
• Provide accurate and quality customer service to meet branch service goals
• Welcome Fresh Graduate and non-bank candidate

Requirements:

• Holders of HKCEE/ HKDSE or above, welcome Fresh Graduate
• At least 1-year customer service / Sales experience (non-bank)
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
